When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How long does shipping take?

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, RITUALE ships within the United States. We look forward to expanding international shipping in the future.

Can I return my order?

Unused products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@rituale.us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photographs of the issue. We'll work quickly to resolve it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Where are your products made?

Our products are thoughtfully produced with manufacturing partners selected for their craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail. Production locations vary by product.
