Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Unused products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact hello@rituale.us with your order number.

Unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@rituale.us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photographs of the issue.

We'll work quickly to resolve it.
